What youll do:

  • Build Relationships: Connect with customers and identify opportunities within your account set to provide suggestions that will increase customer satisfaction
  • Extend Outreach: Be self-motivated to stay on top of the latest trends and world events to proactively assist and grow partnerships
  • Collaborate with your Team: Interact with multiple team members daily by leveraging knowledge for the combined goal of the betterment of the customer experience
  • Empower Others: Be passionate and committed to the mission of providing hope and resources to those without lifes essentials

This career demands a special kind of Account Manager: one who takes time to get to know their customers in order to understand their true needs. You will stand as the main point of contact, consistently communicating via phone and email to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be in a high-energy, collaborative environment where you will work alongside your co-workers to meet goals and broaden our reach. While working closely with your manager and the President of the company, you will be equipped with the best tools and tips to use while getting settled into the position. You will feel the support of your new family with weekly meetings and daily check-ins!
