Job Description:

We seek a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our client team at their Experience Center. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, the Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales revenue, managing store operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Additionally, the Store Manager will play a key role in developing sales strategies, motivating the sales team, and representing the client's brand at various site visits, events and exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, customer service, and site visits of potential clients.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximise profitability.

- Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet sales goals.

- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.

- Represent at events and exhibitions, showcasing our products and engaging with customers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and achieve company objectives.

- Provide coaching and support to team members to foster their professional development and success.

- Maintain a high standard of store presentation and cleanliness to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and retail management software.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
