Position: Talent Acquisition Associate

Location: Remote;

Work Timings: 9 am IST to 6 pm IST

Experience: Fresher to 2 years experience

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting and a strong understanding of the talent acquisition process. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent

- Source and screen candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events

- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding

- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and external recruitment agencies

- Utilize data and analytics to track and report on recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve our recruitment processes

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- 0 to 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders

- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices
