Position Overview

The Entry Level Marketing Assistant supports day-to-day marketing operations, event preparation, and customer engagement initiatives. This role focuses on assisting with in-person outreach and promotional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing materials and displays for events and outreach activities.
• Support coordination of in-person marketing initiatives.
• Engage with customers and provide information about services or programs.
• Maintain organized records of marketing materials and activities.
• Assist with scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks.
• Support team members during events and on-site initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or event experience is a plus but not required.
