General Manager

Our client Cretex Medical, Manufacturing & Engineering Services for the medical Device Industry, needs their general manager for the site in the Lima free trade zone, Cartago.

Leads site to achieve targeted growth and profit expectations through pursuit of industry leading operational performance. Effectively deploys operational excellence and implements viable and long-term strategic actions. Leverages teams and organizational structure to positively impact customer and employee experiences.

EDUCATION

Bachelors degree in engineering, business management or applicable field of study, MBA or advanced coursework desired

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership in equivalent contract manufacturing environment, P&L responsibility, Lean Principles deployment, cross-functional leadership in matrixed environment including manufacturing, supply chain, business development, quality and engineering. 

Direct experience related to specific business systems is advantageous. Strong English written and verbal capabilities; fluent is preferred.
