Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to own and execute the company’s marketing activity across product launches, social media, content, and public relations. This role is responsible for translating product positioning and complex concepts into clear, consistent, and compelling messaging across all external channels.

The Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping brand perception, supporting product adoption, and ensuring the company presents a cohesive and professional voice to the market.

Requirements

  

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 5 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within fintech, technology, or high-growth digital environments
  • Proven experience delivering product launches, content marketing, and social media campaigns
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
  • Experience managing brand voice and external communications
  • Working knowledge of basic SEO, analytics, and performance tracking tools
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, growth, and leadership teams

Responsibilities

  

Product & Campaign Marketing

  • Plan and execute product and feature launch campaigns across digital channels
  • Develop clear messaging and positioning to support new product releases
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives
        

Content & Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across relevant platforms
  • Own content planning, scheduling, posting, and performance tracking
  • Maintain an active and engaging content calendar aligned with brand priorities

   

Content Strategy & SEO

  • Own the blog and content pipeline, including topic planning, editing, publishing, and basic SEO optimisation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop high-quality thought leadership and product content
  • Ensure content is accurate, accessible, and aligned with target audiences
       

Brand, PR & Messaging

  • Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all external communications
  • Manage PR activity, including announcements, press releases, and media engagement
  • Support reputation management and brand visibility initiatives

  

Performance Tracking & Optimisation

  • Track and report on campaign and content performance across channels
  • Use data and insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness
  • Provide regular updates and recommendations to leadership
