About the Role

The ideal candidate is a commercially driven Sales Development Representative who excels at building high-quality sales pipelines. They will identify and prioritise relevant target accounts, engage decision-makers through focused outbound outreach, and qualify prospects thoroughly to ensure every meeting booked has genuine commercial value. Their ability to create meaningful conversations and convert interest into qualified opportunities will directly support client growth and the continued success of our client.
 

Requirements

  • Fluent in German (C1 level or higher)
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales Development, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of generating new business and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
  • Strong focus on customer needs and the ability to sell solutions that deliver real value
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to plan independently and set priorities
       

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead generation and qualification: Identifying and developing potential customers through targeted prospecting and lead qualification.
  • Customer acquisition: Executing outbound campaigns (phone, email, social media) to increase brand awareness and generate sales opportunities.
  • Needs analysis: Conducting detailed needs analyses to understand the requirements of potential customers and offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaboration with the sales team: Working closely with our clients' Account Executives to ensure that leads are effectively followed up and developed into successful closes.
  • CRM management: Ensuring accurate and up-to-date data maintenance in our Customer Relationship
  • Management (CRM) system.
  • Market monitoring: Observing market trends and competitors in order to continuously adapt and improve sales strategies.
  • Reporting and analysis: Preparing regular reports on sales activities and analysing sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
