With their mobile application, their retail customers and SMEs across Southeast Asia can send money to their families, friends, and business partners around the world.

 

Role Overview

Lead global treasury strategy, liquidity management, and capital optimization across fiat and digital asset ecosystems.

Requirements

• ⁠10–15+ years in treasury, liquidity management, or financial markets
• Strong experience in fintech, banking, or digital assets preferred
• Deep understanding of liquidity risk, capital optimization, and funding strategies
• Experience managing global, multi-currency environments
• Proven leadership and strategic planning capabilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global treasury and liquidity strategies
• Manage cash flow, funding, and capital allocation across regions
• ⁠Oversee liquidity across fiat currencies and digital assets
• Design and implement risk management frameworks (market, liquidity, counterparty)
• Optimize banking, custody, and liquidity provider relationships
• ⁠Partner with FX trading and payments teams for efficient capital usage
• Ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions
• Lead treasury systems, reporting, and forecasting improvements
