Head of Network Expansion (Crypto/Fintech/Payments/Fiat Channels/Global Corridors)

Their operation is fully legal and compliant, with licenses in multiple countries and jurisdictions globally. Via their flagship product, they offer a cross-border payment solution infrastructure for money transfer operators, local banks, and corporates. With their mobile application, their retail customers and SMEs across Southeast Asia can send money to their families, friends, and business partners around the world.

Role Overview

Lead the expansion of global fiat payment corridors by building strategic partnerships and strengthening payout and collection networks.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years in cross-border payments, remittance, or banking partnerships
• Strong network with banks, PSPs, and regional payment providers
• ⁠Deep understanding of global payment corridors and local market nuances
• Experience negotiating commercial and operational agreements
• Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global corridor expansion strategy (APAC)
• Identify, negotiate, and onboard banking partners, PSPs, and local payout provider
• ⁠Build and scale fiat rails (collections, disbursements, remittance corridors)
• Optimize cost, speed, and reliability of cross-border payment routes
• Work closely with compliance to ensure regulatory alignment in each corridor
• ⁠Monitor corridor performance (volume, margins, success rates)
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to integrate partners and APIs
• Lead commercial negotiations and partnership lifecycle management
