Role Overview
The Sales / Commercial Manager (Asia Corridor) will be responsible for executing and scaling the company’s sales strategy across the Asia–Africa corridor, driving revenue growth, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships within the region. This role mirrors the Sales Lead mandate, with a specific geographic focus on Asian markets and corridor-based opportunities.
The role requires strong exposure to fintech, crypto, and payments products, excellent client engagement capabilities, and the ability to build and manage a regional sales pipeline while contributing to the broader commercial strategy.

Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field
- 5 years’ experience in sales or commercial roles within fintech, crypto, payments, or financial services
- Demonstrated experience managing sales activity across Asian markets or cross-border corridors
- Strong ability to build and convert sales pipelines within regional or international contexts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with growth, product, and leadership teams
- Commercially driven, structured, and comfortable operating with autonomy
- Fluency in Mandarin or another Asian language is strongly preferred, with the ability to conduct commercial discussions and client engagement confidently

Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Channel Execution
- Execute the defined sales strategy across the Asia corridor in line with company growth objectives
- Identify and develop effective sales and distribution channels within Asian market
- Support go-to-market execution and regional revenue targets
Pipeline Development & Client Engagement
- Build and manage a strong regional sales pipeline, including defining priority hit-list clients
- Lead client engagement, relationship management, and commercial negotiations across the corridor
- Maintain consistent engagement with prospects, partners, and active clients
Partnerships & Growth Collaboration
- Work closely with the Growth Lead to identify and execute strategic partnership opportunities within the Asia corridor
- Support corridor-led partnerships from evaluation through to execution
- Strengthen regional relationships that support long-term revenue growth
Commercial Ownership & Performance Management
- Own regional sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline reporting
- Provide regular updates and market insights to senior leadership
- Ensure alignment between regional sales execution, product positioning, and corridor-specific market needs
Team Collaboration & Leadership Support
- Support and collaborate with the wider sales team to ensure consistency of approach and execution
- Contribute to mentoring junior sales team members as the function scales
- Represent the company at regional industry events, client meetings, and partner engagements
