Role Overview
Our client is hiring a B2B Sales Account Executive who thrives on momentum. You’ll be the human face that takes interest to impact. Your job is to take inbound leads, live transfers from their voice agents, and demo requests, then guide those prospects through a powerful sales conversation to close.
You’ll sit right in the sweet spot - where warm interest meets sharp closing skills.
Training, coaching and development will be provided to you.

Location: South Africa
Working Hours: Australian Working Hours (approx. 1am–10am SAST)
Requirements
- Have 2–5 years of B2B sales or SDR/ sales AE experience.
- Proven outbound sales experience is essential.
- Experience working in SaaS environments is a strong advantage.
- Experience with outbound sales is a must.
- Are confident on the phone and on Zoom and quick to build rapport.
- Can handle 10+ live calls a day and thrive under pressure.
- Love startup energy and want to help shape a sales playbook.
- Are comfortable with flexible hours across time zones (global leads).
- Have an accent that can be easily understood by major cultures in Australia, the UK and UAE.
Responsibilities
- Take live call transfers and inbound leads from their voice AI engine
- Run fast, value-driven discovery calls and schedule product demos
- Guide prospects through demos and proposals to close deals quickly
- Work with the founders to refine scripts and surface customer objections
- Hit and exceed weekly close targets (we close fast)
