Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong talent pipelines, and delivering high-quality candidates to our global clients. You must have a proven track record in sourcing and placing candidates across multiple sectors, with particular experience in foreign language support, BPO, FinTech, or startup environments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • Understanding of international hiring practices and compliance
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment across diverse industries, including high-volume environments and niche roles in sectors such as BPO, FMCG, Oil & Gas, foreign language support (Cross-Functional Industries).
  • Strong sourcing skills with expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and vacancies simultaneously
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Familiarity with ATS systems
  • Ability to work across various time zones and with international clients

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, and closing offers
  • Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies
  • Build and manage talent pipelines for high-demand and niche roles
  • Source candidates using various platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking channels
  • Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring recommendations to clients
  • Maintain accurate candidate records using our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and talent acquisition best practices
