Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Tertiary education in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role.
- Good communication skills
- Good organisation skills
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet customers, clients, and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, providing accurate information about our products and services.
- Support various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Assist customers with their inquiries, orders, and product-related questions.
- Coordinate appointments and schedules for customers and internal staff.
- Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Assist in managing customer feedback and forwarding it to relevant departments.
- Customer-focused attitude with a desire to provide top-notch service.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
