Role Overview

We’re seeking a high-performing recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring for Microsoft Business Solutions talent globally. You will blend world-class headhunting with AI (incl. ChatGPT) and a modern ATS to build outstanding shortlists, while nurturing trusted client relationships.

Clients: International (European Timezone)

  

Required Experience & Skills

  • Prior work experience at Microsoft (essential).
  • 5+ years’ international recruiting (agency or in-house) focused on Microsoft ecosystem talent.
  • Proven headhunting track record for senior and niche roles.
  • Hands-on with a modern ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Demonstrated use of AI/ChatGPT in day-to-day recruiting workflows.
  • Strong client management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Comfortable working across time zones; deadline-driven with excellent attention to detail.
  • Based in Cape Town (or willing to relocate) and able to work on-site in Cape Town CBD.

  

Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting for Microsoft partners/GSIs or large transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with global screening/compliance in recruitment (POPIA/GDPR).
  • Exposure to sales/delivery/PMO recruitment within Microsoft Business Solutions.

  

Success Metrics

  • Time-to-shortlist, submit-to-interview, offer rate, offer acceptance, and client & candidate NPS.
  • ATS data accuracy and on-time weekly reporting.
  • Quality of hire feedback at 90-day and 6-month checkpoints.


Responsibilities

  • Run full-cycle recruitment (intake, sourcing , assessment , offer) for roles across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and Modern Work.
  • Proactively headhunt scarce skills; conduct market mapping and competitive talent intelligence.
  • Use AI/ChatGPT to accelerate sourcing, outreach personalization, screening notes, and candidate summaries.
  • Maintain disciplined process and data hygiene in the ATS; produce clear pipeline and KPI reporting.
  • Lead client discovery, set SLAs, deliver weekly updates, and advise on compensation and market insights.
  • Orchestrate structured interviews/assessments; manage offers and close talent across regions.
  • Champion an excellent candidate experience and uphold compliance (GDPR/POPIA).
