Our client is a renowned supplier of IT services to government institutions, multinational corporations, public administrations and multinational companies, research and academic institutes.

  

Role Overview

Our client currently has a vacancy for a ServiceNow Specialist fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Austria. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science or related field (e.g. information science, engineering, etc.) with relevant IT professional experience of 7 years;
  • At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow development and architecture;
  • Experience with ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and maintenance;
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise systems;
  • Experience with ServiceNow products IT Service Management (ITSM) and Application Portfolio Management (APM);
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules Discovery (ITOM) and Service Mapping (ITOM);
  • Experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and ACLs;
  • Strong technical skills in ServiceNow platform, IT Service Management processes and related technologies;
  • One of the following certifications is mandatory for the performance of tasks: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified IT Service Management (ITSM) administrator;
  • Excellent command of the English language.

  

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules in alignment with business and IT requirements;
  • Implement and configure ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations with other enterprise systems;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze needs, define technical solutions, and ensure efficient delivery of ServiceNow functionalities;
  • Ensure platform stability and performance through upgrades, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow architecture and configurations.
