Their operation is fully legal and compliant, with licenses in multiple countries and jurisdictions globally. Via their flagship product, they offer a cross-border payment solution infrastructure for money transfer operators, local banks, and corporates. With their mobile application, their retail customers and SMEs across Southeast Asia can send money to their families, friends, and business partners around the world.

Role Overview

Lead the company’s global technology vision, platform architecture, and engineering execution across payments and digital asset infrastructure.

Requirements

• 12–18+ years in technology leadership roles (fintech, payments, or crypto preferred)
• Strong background in distributed systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
• Experience with blockchain technologies and digital asset platforms
• Proven track record of scaling engineering teams and platforms globally
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities

Responsibilities

• Define and execute technology strategy aligned with business growth
• Lead engineering, architecture, and infrastructure teams globally
• Build scalable, secure, and high-availability payment and digital asset systems
• Oversee blockchain integrations, wallets, custody, and settlement systems
• Drive platform reliability, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance (e.g., data protection)
• Implement best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and system architecture
• Collaborate with product, operations, and leadership teams
• Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent
