Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Account Management: Lead the day-to-day administrative operations of assigned accounts, focusing on timely and accurate order releases, system setups, and transactional management within the ERP.
  • Financial Reconciliation and Billing (Invoicing): Manage sensitive financial data, ensuring accurate payment reconciliation, efficient resolution of billing discrepancies, and processing transactions across multiple currencies.
  • Advanced Data Entry and Reporting: Perform meticulous and high-volume data entry across various software applications, and generate complex operational and performance reports as required by management.
  • System and Process Integrity: Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and maintain high data quality within the ERP system (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Internal Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain clear, professional, and effective written and verbal communication with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Finance, Logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Productivity and Organization: Effectively organize, prioritize, and manage multiple administrative tasks to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: Basic education equivalent to a High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years of demonstrated administrative or operational experience in an office environment.
  • System Knowledge: Proven working experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) is required, focusing on transactional management and data input.
  • Language Proficiency: Professional Advanced English proficiency (both verbal and written) is essential for communication with international teams and systems.
  • Technical Competence: Strong PC skills, including advanced experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for data management and reporting).
  • Administrative Focus: A process-oriented mindset with an unwavering commitment to accuracy, detail, and data integrity.
