This is a perfect opportunity for a resourceful and organized individual with a passion for Environmental Science. We are seeking a motivated Associate to join our energetic team in Noida. The perfect candidate will have a startup mentality, eager to immerse themselves in various operational tasks and support our mission.

Job Description:

-Procurement Pro: Manage the procurement process for laboratory supplies, equipment, and materials to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective sourcing, keeping research and development projects on track.

-Financial Whiz: Assist with financial management tasks, including budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoice processing. Collaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate records and adhere to budgetary guidelines.

-Lab Maestro: Support laboratory operations by organizing inventory, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and coordinating equipment maintenance. Work closely with scientists and researchers to optimize workflows and facilitate efficient experimentation.

Qualifications:

-You have Bachelor's or higher degree in biotechnology, marine biology, microbiology, environmental science, Chemical Engineering or a related field.

-You have a good understanding of laboratory procedures and protocols.

-You have strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

-You have excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate seamlessly with various departments.

-You have a "startup mindset" with a willingness to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and embrace new challenges.
