Role Summary
We’re seeking a Product Analyst to join our Reward Systems team, transforming player behavior data into actionable insights. Dive into user behaviour to identify patterns, engagement drivers, and reward-related churn. Design and maintain metrics, dashboards, and visualizations that guide data-driven decisions. Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure accurate, impactful results. Lead A/B testing and experimentation to continuously optimize reward structures and player engagement.
Responsibilities

Design, evaluate, and evolve a reward engine that is fair, engaging, and continuously motivating

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure accurate and actionable insights

Plan, define, conduct, and evaluate A/B tests and experiments on reward mechanics (earning rates, conversion points, reward schedules)

Identify root causes of reward system issues (inflation, imbalance, low engagement, misaligned incentives)

Develop and maintain tracking concepts to collect accurate, reliable, and actionable data

Define metrics and create reports and visualizations for business stakeholders

Promote data literacy and advocate for data-driven decision-making

Use machine learning algorithms for tasks such as user segmentation, regression, and classification
Must-Have Requirements

5+ years of experience in product analytics for consumer-facing products.

Experience in SQL and Python (including Pandas and NumPy).

Ability to implement metrics, build dashboards, and create visualisations using BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase).

Expertise in modern data warehouses such as BigQuery or Snowflake.

Familiarity with mobile analytics platforms (e.g., Adjust, Amplitude, Firebase).

Strong capability in statistical analysis and statistical modeling.

Ability to apply Machine Learning techniques (segmentation, regression, classification).

Expertise in designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests and experimentation.
Nice-to-Have Requirements

A background in math, stats or econometrics.

Experience in designing, conducting, and evaluating A/B tests

Hands-on experience with mobile gaming products (consumer-facing focus)

Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Google Colab

Exposure to reward systems, engagement mechanics, or gamification analysis

Experience creating a mathematical framework for a loosely defined problem.
