Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients in line with our ideal client profile.
- Utilize tools such as SalesNavigator, Pipedrive, and Snov.io to streamline outreach efforts and manage client interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute a structured outreach cadence.
- Achieve monthly KPIs for scheduling meetings and demos.
- Demonstrate persistence in follow-up communications with potential clients.
- Maintain a focus on results by meeting weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
- Work autonomously to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of all client interactions and progress in the system.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients.
- Conduct thorough research to identify and engage with high-quality leads across various channels.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both German and English with excellent communication skills.
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in demand generation and B2B sales development.
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs for scheduling meetings and demos through cold outreach on LinkedIn.
- Experience in the DACH market is advantageous.
- Highly persistent with a willingness to pursue potential clients until a clear response is received.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to consistently achieve goals.
- Strong self-reliance and ability to work independently.
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Demonstrated success in generating high-quality leads through social media and other channels.
- Exceptional research skills with a focus on both quality and quantity.
