Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients in line with our ideal client profile.
  2. Utilize tools such as SalesNavigator, Pipedrive, and Snov.io to streamline outreach efforts and manage client interactions.
  3. Collaborate with the team to develop and execute a structured outreach cadence.
  4. Achieve monthly KPIs for scheduling meetings and demos.
  5. Demonstrate persistence in follow-up communications with potential clients.
  6. Maintain a focus on results by meeting weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
  7. Work autonomously to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
  8. Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of all client interactions and progress in the system.
  9. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients.
  10. Conduct thorough research to identify and engage with high-quality leads across various channels.

Requirements:

  1. Fluent in both German and English with excellent communication skills.
  2. Minimum of 1+ years of experience in demand generation and B2B sales development.
  3. Proven track record of meeting KPIs for scheduling meetings and demos through cold outreach on LinkedIn.
  4. Experience in the DACH market is advantageous.
  5. Highly persistent with a willingness to pursue potential clients until a clear response is received.
  6. Results-oriented mindset with the ability to consistently achieve goals.
  7. Strong self-reliance and ability to work independently.
  8. Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
  10. Demonstrated success in generating high-quality leads through social media and other channels.
  11. Exceptional research skills with a focus on both quality and quantity.
