BD Manager
Job Description:
This is a Business Development role with our client, a fast growing crypto derivatives exchange that provide its clients, ranging from both retail customers to professional traders, with leveraged futures products across a wide range of crypto trading pairs.
Attractive commission package along with excellent basic salary on offer for a motivated, sales-oriented candidates.
Job Description:
- Independently complete and maintain the business negotiations and cooperation relations, and be responsible for the whole process and results of business cooperation;
- Understand the domestic and foreign demands, propose and promote the cooperation strategies, and sign the cooperation agreements;
- Timely grasp the industry dynamics, follow the progress and operational data analysis, make the reports and put forward the improvement suggestions.
- Actively guide and control customer needs, coordinate and solve daily operations and emergencies, provide customized technical solutions for potential customers, and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirement:
- Diploma Degree or above, fluent in English and Thai / Japan (Biz trips Required);
- 1-3 years experience as being sales or BD
- at least 1 year of working experience in blockchain or digital currency (exchanges, investment funds, forex trading, etc.) is preferred;
- Extroverted personality, excellent interdepartmental communication skills, execution and comprehensive coordination skills, and excellent teamwork skills are preferred.
