About the Team
The Salesforce Support Team drives operational excellence by optimizing Salesforce to support Go-to-Market, Customer Success, and Operations functions.
We work closely with cross-functional leaders to streamline workflows, improve data visibility, and deliver scalable solutions aligned with business objectives. Our focus is on efficiency, data integrity, and automation that empower teams to better serve their customers.
About the Role
The Business Analyst – Salesforce acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and the Salesforce technical team.
This role is responsible for translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements, managing priorities, and ensuring successful delivery of Salesforce enhancements.
You will own the end-to-end requirements process — from discovery and documentation to validation and stakeholder alignment — while driving continuous improvement across Salesforce initiatives.
Responsibilities
Requirements & Process Clarity (30%)

Conduct discovery sessions with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements.

Document user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria with clarity and precision.

Maintain a living repository of business processes and Salesforce workflows.

Ensure requests are well-defined and ready for development.
Backlog & Sprint Readiness (25%)

Partner with Salesforce Admins, RevOps, and Developers to validate feasibility and define solutions.

Prioritize and manage the Salesforce backlog based on business value and strategic alignment.

Identify dependencies and risks ahead of sprint planning.

Track progress and report initiative status to leadership.
Stakeholder Communication & Delivery Validation (25%)

Collaborate with Go-to-Market, Customer Success, Solutions, and Operations teams.

Validate delivered solutions against requirements and business intent.

Facilitate demos, UAT, and stakeholder sign-off.

Communicate updates, risks, and dependencies proactively.
Continuous Improvement & Insights (20%)

Identify recurring process inefficiencies or data challenges.

Recommend automation and system enhancements to reduce manual work.

Collect end-user feedback to inform the Salesforce roadmap.

Support reporting and insights on Salesforce performance and adoption.

Requirements
-
3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role supporting Salesforce.

Proven ability to translate business needs into user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and capabilities.

Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.

Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar.
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Proven success optimizing processes through automation or integrations.

Background in SaaS, GovTech, or mission-driven organizations.
