Job Title: HubSpot Administrator
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on HubSpot Administrator to support near-term post-migration initiatives and work closely with an existing internal team. This role will focus on Sales Hub and Service Hub administration, configuration, reporting, workflows, automation, and integrations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing HubSpot environments, building custom objects, and documenting processes clearly. Exposure to Snowflake and SaaS CRM operational practices will be valuable for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Sales and Servicing onboarding, HubSpot configuration, reporting, workflows, automation, HubSpot Mobile setup, and emergency support queue processes.
- Build and configure the Agent Selection custom object, including associations, fields, and permissions.
- Configure HubSpot and Snowflake zero-copy capabilities, including data visibility such as merchant status on Company records.
- Configure and support third-party Sales connectors such as Aircall, DocuSign, and related tools.
- Support HubSpot DevOps, disaster recovery, and business continuity setup.
- Create and maintain clear technical and operational documentation.
Must-have Requirements
- Hands-on experience as a HubSpot Administrator.
- Strong experience with HubSpot Sales Hub and Service Hub.
- Experience configuring custom objects, associations, fields, and permissions in HubSpot.
- Strong experience with workflows, automation, reporting, and CRM configuration.
- Experience with HubSpot integrations and third-party connector configuration.
- Exposure to Snowflake.
- Strong documentation skills.
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Experience with Salesforce-to-HubSpot migrations.
- HubSpot certifications.
- Experience with Snowflake zero-copy configuration.
