Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver scalable automation for manual processes and workflows.
  • Partner with Security and cross-functional teams to identify pain points and define automation opportunities.
  • Build and integrate solutions using tools like Jira, Google Workspace, Slack, Workato, Glean, and N8n.
  • Ensure operational continuity and smooth transitions to automated systems.
  • Monitor and optimize automation performance, investigate issues, and deploy fixes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system design and user guides.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering.
  • Proven track record in process and workflow automation across multiple platforms and tools.
  • Proficiency in Go (Golang).
  • Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as N8n and Workato.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • (Nice to have) Experience building AI Agents or LLM-powered workflows.
  • (Nice to have) Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
