The Salesforce Support Team drives operational excellence by maintaining and optimizing the Salesforce ecosystem that powers our Go-to-Market (GTM) operations.
The team ensures Salesforce processes, automation, and data enable Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to work efficiently and effectively. By partnering across departments, the team enhances system performance, data integrity, and reporting to support predictable and scalable revenue growth.

About the Role

The Revenue Operations (RevOps) Analyst is a key member of the Salesforce Support Team, acting as the operational bridge between GTM leadership and the Salesforce technical organization.

This role focuses on optimizing Salesforce processes, automation, reporting, and data quality to strengthen forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and operational alignment. The RevOps Analyst partners closely with Salesforce leadership on systems strategy and execution, while working alongside Revenue leadership to ensure alignment with sales goals and revenue objectives.

Responsibilities

Salesforce Process Optimization (20%)

  • Review and optimize Salesforce sales processes, opportunity stages, and automation rules aligned with GTM strategy.

  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing practical improvements in collaboration with Salesforce Administrators.

  • Document and communicate process changes to ensure clarity and adoption.

  • Support territory management operations, including assignments, data accuracy, and rollout of new territory models.

Reporting, Analytics & Insights (25%)

  • Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards, reports, and KPIs for Sales and Marketing teams.

  • Provide insights on pipeline health, conversion rates, revenue trends, and forecasting accuracy.

  • Ensure data quality and consistency across reporting.

  • Deliver analysis related to commissions, quota attainment, and performance in partnership with Sales and Finance.

Stakeholder Partnership & Enablement (25%)

  • Serve as the primary Salesforce Support liaison for Sales and Marketing leaders.

  • Collaborate with Revenue leadership to align operational processes with sales strategy.

  • Support enablement initiatives through documentation, training, and best-practice reinforcement.

  • Partner with Sales Operations, Finance, and HR on commission workflows, quota updates, and compensation modeling.

Forecasting, Data Integrity & Commissions (30%)

  • Maintain high data accuracy and completeness to support reliable forecasting.

  • Audit pipeline data to ensure compliance with process standards.

  • Address data inconsistencies and improve reporting logic.

  • Deliver actionable insights to improve forecasting reliability and GTM transparency.

  • Maintain and update territory structures in Salesforce.

  • Support commission administration by validating sales data and identifying discrepancies.

Target Outcomes

  • Accurate, timely GTM dashboards and reports with full data consistency.

  • Improved pipeline integrity and forecasting accuracy across GTM teams.

  • At least three automation or reporting improvements delivered per quarter.

  • 90%+ stakeholder satisfaction in reporting, insights, and process effectiveness.

  • Strong alignment between Salesforce Support and GTM strategy.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar GTM analytics role.

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including reporting, dashboards, and automation.

  • Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into business recommendations.

  • Experience working with Sales and Marketing teams in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.

  • Strong documentation and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).

  • Experience with commission tools such as Xactly or CaptivateIQ is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Extra Points

  • Experience supporting GTM operations in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Familiarity with marketing and sales tools (Salesforce Account Engagement, Salesloft, Gong).

  • Background in pipeline analysis, forecasting, territory modeling, and commission processing.

  • Understanding of data governance and system integration best practices.

  • Personal projects demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong collaboration mindset and comfort working in cross-functional teams.
