About the Role

Were looking for a Product Designer who thrives in a startup environment someone who can transform ideas and requirements into intuitive, elegant, and user-centered digital experiences.

Youll collaborate closely with product managers and engineers, taking insights from product discovery and turning them into wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces that balance user needs, business goals, and technical realities.

This role is ideal for a designer whos passionate about solving real problems through design, enjoys working in fast-paced, evolving contexts, and loves moving quickly from concept to launch.

What Youll Do

Discovery & Research

• Collaborate with product managers to understand business objectives, user needs, and success metrics.

• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to inform design direction.

• Synthesize findings into insights that shape user flows and design decisions.

Design & Prototyping

• Translate product requirements into low-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and interaction concepts.

• Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for development handoff.

• Ensure designs are accessible, scalable, and aligned with modern design principles and brand standards.

• Iterate rapidly based on feedback and usability testing.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with engineers to ensure design intent is preserved during implementation.

• Provide design assets, specifications, and responsive behavior guidelines for smooth delivery.

• Participate in design reviews and product discussions to advocate for great user experiences.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay up to date on design trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI and product design.

• Contribute to evolving our design system and workflows as the company grows.

• Promote a user-centered culture within the team and across the organization.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product or UX/UI Design, ideally within a startup or high-growth environment.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Proficient in Figma (must).

• Familiarity with Sketch (desirable).

• Proficient in Adobe Suite, including the ability to create vector logos and visual assets.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work from research and wireframes to final UI.

• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

• Deep understanding of UX principles, design systems, and responsive design.

• Strong communication skills and ability to clearly present design rationale.

• Hands-on, collaborative mindset comfortable designing in the gray areas where things are still being figured out.

Bonus Points

• Experience working in agile product development environments.

• Basic knowledge of front-end implementation (HTML/CSS or component-based systems).

• Personal or side projects that highlight your initiative, creativity, and technical curiosity.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Desire to work in a multidisciplinary, cross-functional team.
