About the Role

Were looking for a Product Manager who thrives in a startup-like environment someone equally comfortable talking to users, sketching wireframes with a designer, or working with engineers to ship a release.

Youll play a key role in managing the full lifecycle of software products: from discovery and definition through execution and delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for a curious, resourceful, and organized PM who loves learning from customers, driving clarity from ambiguity, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring great ideas to life.

What You'll Do

Discovery & Research

• Conduct market, competitive, and analogous research to identify opportunities, trends, and unmet needs.

• Lead user interviews and other forms of qualitative and quantitative research to uncover pain points.

• Synthesize findings into actionable insights that shape product direction and prioritization.

Product Definition

• Translate research and feedback into clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.

• Define MVPs and release plans that balance speed, user value, and technical feasibility.

• Collaborate closely with design and engineering to shape solutions and validate concepts early.

Execution & Delivery

• Manage the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with strategy.

• Work hand-in-hand with engineers during development to clarify requirements, make trade-offs, and unblock progress.

• Oversee QA, testing, and release processes to ensure timely and high-quality launches.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep delivery on track.

Communication & Leadership

• Partner with founders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align on strategy and goals.

• Facilitate effective communication across all parties, ensuring transparency and collaboration.

• Conduct regular check-ins and progress updates, proactively addressing issues or dependencies.

• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

3 - 5 years of Product Management experience, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies and agile practices.

Proven ability to lead end-to-end product cycles, from discovery to delivery.

Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Comfortable working with remote and cross-functional teams.

Experience with tools like Figma, Jira, Notion, or similar.

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with data analysis, lightweight prototyping, or A/B testing.

• Hands-on mindset comfortable diving into details and solving problems without a playbook.

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Personal or side projects demonstrating initiative, creativity, and technical curiosity.
