About the Role
We are looking for a Data Engineer with experience designing and building analytical solutions that directly support business needs. This role requires the ability to work with autonomy, collaborate with both technical and functional teams, and contribute to real-world data environments. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL Server experience, solid knowledge of data pipelines, and a business-oriented approach to data engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop data integration processes using ETL / ELT approaches.
• Build and optimize queries, stored procedures, and data models.
• Integrate data from multiple sources, including databases, APIs, and files.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and availability.
• Participate in requirements-gathering sessions with business users and internal teams.
• Propose improvements in data processes, performance, and architecture.
• Document solutions, standards, and best practices.

Must-have Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Data Engineering or BI.
• Strong experience with SQL Server, including stored procedures, views, and query optimization.
• Experience building data pipelines.
• Knowledge of relational and analytical data modeling.
• Experience integrating data from multiple sources.
• Ability to work with autonomy, ownership, and a business-oriented mindset.

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS or Azure Data Factory.
• Knowledge of cloud environments, preferably Azure.
• Experience with Python or PySpark.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI.
• Knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts.
