Position Overview

Were looking for a developer who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys solving challenges, and is eager to grow within a multidisciplinary and cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and debug software based on requirements and design specifications.

• Maintain and continuously improve existing software solutions.

• Participate in design and refinement sessions, code reviews, and test plan reviews.

• Investigate internal and external issues, propose, and implement corrective actions.

• Collaborate with product management and project teams to define project scope and approaches.

• Design and prototype applications to validate functionality.

• Contribute to design specifications, project estimates, and schedules.

• Assist in creating documentation such as white papers and training materials.

• Follow best practices and internal policies to ensure software functionality, usability, reliability, and availability.

• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing queries and fostering positive relationships.

Requirements

• 3-8 years of experience in software development.

• Proficiency in Java and Spring Framework.

• Experience developing web services and REST APIs.

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerized deployments.

• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB a plus).

• Experience with AWS services (Step Functions, S3, Lambdas, AVP, API Gateway).

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Desire to work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.
