Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using C# and .NET
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate services with Next.js/React applications
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance and scalability
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET framework
• Hands-on experience developing backend services and RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with front-end integration, particularly with Next.js or React applications
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices
• Experience working with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Resident in LATAM
• Engagement 3-6 months

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Remuneration:

Compensation in US dollars as contractor.
