Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders to understand objectives, gather requirements, and document business processes

  • Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights that support business decision-making

  • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for development and technical teams

  • Define, document, and manage business process models, workflows, and user stories using industry-standard methodologies

  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery

  • Conduct gap analyses, feasibility studies, impact assessments, and root cause analyses

  • Design and execute test cases and validate delivered solutions against defined requirements

  • Support change management initiatives through training materials, user training, and stakeholder communication

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

  • Maintain business and technical documentation for ongoing maintenance and compliance

  • Mentor and guide junior analysts and team members

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in business analysis

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including enterprise software implementations and cross-functional initiatives

  • Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements in fast-paced environments

  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience working in multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams
