Were looking for a skilled Python Developer to join a project for an international investment fund that leverages data and technology to develop advanced financial strategies. Their focus is on generating high-quality predictive signals ("alphas") to identify market opportunities. What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain microservice-based web applications deployed in Kubernetes environments.
• Troubleshoot and optimize deployment performance to ensure system reliability and speed.
• Design and improve the internal monitoring and alerting systems, including creating and presenting detailed technical specifications.
• Write clean, testable, and well-structured code following best practices for long-term scalability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software development with a focus on backend technologies.
• Strong proficiency in Python, particularly with the Django framework.

• Solid understanding of asyncio and concurrent programming.

• Experience working with PostgreSQL databases.

• Proficiency in Linux-based environments.

• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Ansible.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with a continuous learning mindset.

Nice to Have


• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools like Sentry, Prometheus, and Grafana.

• Knowledge of log aggregation and observability practices.

• Familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka.

• Frontend experience in JavaScript, especially with React.
