Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in software support

  • Knowledge of SQL

  • Programming knowledge

  • Experience working in the Travel Industry - GDS Systems like Netviax, Starlings and Netactica, etc.
  • Good spoken English

  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues

  • Capacity to work independently, managing multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines

  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

  • Ongoing

Desirable:

  • Experience programming in C#, .NET, or Angular

  • Experience providing Tier 2 or Tier 3 support
