About the Role
Join our fast-growing, high-tech development team working with diverse clients across Europe and North America. Were looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on back-end development to help us build robust, scalable web applications and cloud infrastructure. While youre comfortable across the full stack, your true passion lies in architecting efficient back-end systems, cloud services, and integrating with modern headless CMS platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications, focusing on back-end architecture and APIs.

  • Build and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS, CloudFront, etc.).

  • Integrate with and manage headless CMS platforms such as Craft, Sanity, and Statamic.

  • Develop efficient, secure APIs for front-end consumption.

  • Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines.

  • Ensure optimal back-end performance, data security, and reliability.

  • Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration.

  • Contribute to front-end development when needed using modern frameworks (React, Next.js).

  • Troubleshoot and resolve full-stack issues with a back-end focus.

What Were Looking For

  • 5+ years of professional Full-Stack Development experience (with strong back-end focus).

  • Proficiency in back-end technologies: Node.js and PHP.

  • Solid experience with server setup, cloud environments, and DevOps principles.

  • Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services and infrastructure.

  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

  • Proficiency with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Next.js).

  • Familiarity with Craft and/or Sanity CMS.

  • Experience with Git and version control workflows.

  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.

  • English proficiency at a professional or native level.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).

  • Security-first mindset in development.

  • Experience with testing frameworks across the stack.

  • Personal or open-source projects that show your initiative and passion for tech.
