About the Role

We are looking for a Post-Data Migration QA Specialist to play a critical role in validating the integrity, accuracy, and usability of migrated policy manuals, user accounts, and acknowledgment data as part of a major platform migration.

This position requires a detail-oriented, analytical professional who can work independently while collaborating with engineering teams to investigate and resolve issues. Your work will ensure that the migrated data aligns with customer expectations before final delivery.

Responsibilities

• Validate and ensure the accuracy of migrated data, identifying mismatches, formatting inconsistencies, and edge case behaviors.

• Investigate and document issues, providing clear and concise bug reports.

• Collaborate with engineering teams for resolution of discrepancies.

• Manage multiple customer datasets, tracking QA progress and maintaining detailed records.

• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and flag risks.

Requirements

• Proven attention to detail and precision in data validation.

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to break down complex data structures.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to work independently, identifying root causes and suggesting corrective actions.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.

• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management/issue tracking platforms.

• Fluent English speaker, able to collaborate effectively with US-based teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with large-scale data migration projects.

• Familiarity with QA processes in complex systems.

• Interest in personal or side projects that demonstrate initiative and technical curiosity.
