Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Guide contract developers, overseeing project deliverables and code quality.
• Project Leadership: Plan, organize, and monitor projects by setting milestones, creating dev briefs, and ensuring QA standards are met.
• Innovation and Efficiency: Leverage emerging technologies, including AI tools, to optimize workflows and deliver value to clients.
• Development: Build custom components and web applications using modern frameworks like React, Tailwind, etc.
• Client Communication: Provide expert advice, manage expectations, and maintain clear, professional communication.
• QA Oversight: Perform quality assurance to ensure outputs meet or exceed standards.
• Collaboration: Work with designers, developers, and QA specialists in an agile environment to create seamless web solutions.
• Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of trends, suggest new tools and frameworks, and share insights with the team.
  

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience building web-based solutions and applications in LAMP stack and Jamstack environments
• Good speaking English skills
• PHP and open-source technologies used in the LAMP stack.
• Some CMS expertise
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and relational databases.
• Git version control (repos, branches, pull requests).
• CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS) and frameworks (Tailwind CSS).
• JavaScript and related frameworks/platforms (React, Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, etc).
• Headless CMS experience is a plus.
• Preferable in ET or earlier time zones

Remuneration:

Compensation in US dollars as contractor.
