Job Opportunity: Senior .NET Developer (Maintenance + Development + On-Call Support)

We are looking for a strong .NET developer who can work aligned with Eastern Time (ET) and provide weekend/on-call coverage as part of a shared monitoring setup.

Role Overview

This role combines:

  • Maintenance of existing systems

  • Ongoing development

  • Extended support coverage in coordination with the US team

Monitoring and on-call support are part of the model, but not the primary responsibility. The candidate will actively contribute to development and system improvements.

Key Expectations

  • Availability to work flexible after-hours schedules, including partial overlap with the US (ET) team.

  • Weekend availability within a mixed monitoring/on-call model (final structure to be aligned individually).

  • Strong technical expertise and excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Very good written and spoken English.

Example Schedule (Reference Only)

Final timetable will be defined once onboarded and aligned with team needs.

  • Monday–Friday: 7 am – 9 pm ET (active monitoring distributed across shifts)

  • Saturday:

    • 9 am – 5 pm ET (active monitoring)

    • 5 pm – 9 pm ET (on-call for urgent escalations)

  • Sunday:

    • 9 am – 5 pm ET (on-call)

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and enhancement of existing CRM functionalities.

  • Contribute to ongoing feature development.

  • Extend the teams support coverage window.

  • Handle after-hours requests and urgent issues when required.

  • Work with modern AWS-based cloud infrastructure.

Technical Requirements

  • [X+] years of experience in software development.

  • Strong experience with:

    • .NET (Web)

    • ASP.NET Web API

  • Experience working with:

    • AWS (CDK, Lambdas)

    • SQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL

    • Kafka

    • Docker

    • GitHub Actions

    • Terraform

  • Solid understanding of design patterns and clean architecture principles.

Extra Points

  • Experience working in support + development hybrid models.

  • Comfort operating in distributed teams with US time zone overlap.

  • Personal technical projects demonstrating initiative and ownership.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary environments.
