About the Role
We are seeking a Semi Senior Python Developer to join a growing high-tech development environment, collaborating with a diverse portfolio of clients across Europe and North America. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects while being part of a flexible and supportive team. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in multidisciplinary, cross-functional teams and demonstrates strong communication skills. This position is fully remote, with a preference for candidates based in Uruguay or Argentina.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using Python.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Follow and contribute to best practices in version control using GitFlow.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and team collaboration.

Must-have Requirements

3+ years of experience in software development (Semi Senior level).
Recent hands-on experience with Python.
Solid understanding of GitFlow.
Strong communication skills.
Ability and interest in working within multidisciplinary, cross-functional teams.
Based in Uruguay or Argentina.

Nice-to-have Requirements

Exposure to or experience with AI and Machine Learning.
Personal projects demonstrating initiative, autonomy, and technical capability.

Compensation

Contractor engagement with compensation in USD.

This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere.
