Job Opportunity: DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with 3–4 years of experience to design, operate, and scale cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and production reliability for our AI platform serving the financial services industry.

Technology Stack

  • Microsoft Azure

  • Azure Container Apps

  • Azure AI Foundry

  • Python across the entire stack

  • Bitbucket and Bitbucket Pipelines

  • Datadog (observability and monitoring)

Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and maintain Azure infrastructure using Container Apps

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Bitbucket Pipelines

  • Automate deployments, scaling, and monitoring of Python-based services

  • Implement and operate observability with Datadog (logs, metrics, traces, alerts)

  • Support AI workloads and integrations with Azure AI Foundry

  • Ensure high availability, security, and performance in production environments

  • Collaborate with backend and AI teams to improve the developer experience

  • Troubleshoot incidents and optimize cloud costs

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in DevOps or Cloud roles

  • Strong experience with Azure (compute, networking, security, monitoring)

  • Hands-on experience with containers

  • Solid Python skills for automation and scripting

  • Experience with CI/CD, ideally Bitbucket Pipelines

  • Experience with observability tools, preferably Datadog

  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code

  • Experience operating production systems

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI/ML platforms or MLOps

  • Knowledge of security best practices in regulated environments

  • Advanced experience in observability and SRE

Remuneration:

Compensation in US dollars as contractor.
