About the Role
We are looking for a BI Developer with strong experience in Power BI and the ability to work autonomously on the development of business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will be able to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable insights. This role requires strong analytical skills, solid data modeling capabilities, and the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Model data and define analytical structures to support business needs.
• Build and optimize queries using SQL and DAX.
• Integrate and transform data from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance across BI solutions.

Must-have Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience working with Power BI.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience in data modeling.
• Proficiency with DAX.
• Experience working with multiple data sources.
• Ability to work autonomously with a strong business-oriented mindset.

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Experience in cloud environments, ideally Azure.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehouse concepts.
• Experience interacting directly with business users.
