Job Title: Sr. ServiceNow Developer
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with deep hands-on experience across CMDB, HAM Pro, SAM Pro, Discovery, and Agent Client Collector. This role requires a strong technical background in ServiceNow development, with proven experience delivering at least one end-to-end implementation involving HAM Pro and SAM Pro. The ideal candidate combines solid JavaScript and platform development expertise with the ability to build scalable automations and integrations following ServiceNow best practices. This is a 4-month engagement with an immediate start preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across CMDB, HAM Pro, SAM Pro, Discovery, and Agent Client Collector.
- Deliver and support end-to-end implementations involving ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro.
- Create and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and GlideRecord queries.
- Build workflows and automation using Flow Designer, Scripted REST APIs, and IntegrationHub.
- Debug, optimize, and enhance scripts to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Follow ServiceNow development standards and best practices across implementation and support activities.
Must-have Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Strong hands-on experience with CMDB, HAM Pro, SAM Pro, Discovery, and Agent Client Collector.
- Hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end implementation in ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
- Experience creating and maintaining Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and GlideRecord queries.
- Experience building workflows and automation using Flow Designer, Scripted REST APIs, and IntegrationHub.
- Strong skills in debugging and optimizing scripts.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow best practices.
- Fluent English
