Position summary:

Conducts routine and non-routine chemical and physical analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished

products. Updates and maintains analysis spreadsheets for raw materials, intermediate, and finished products.

Tasks:

Conducts routine and non-routine analysis on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.

Collects, analyzes, and interprets data related to quality, identifying trends, and reporting findings to the

Quality Manager.

Creates and maintains Quality Control Analysis procedures.

Maintains laboratory equipment and laboratory supplies.

Assists Quality Manager with ISO and Environmental related activities.

Adheres to all safety procedures and uses all required personal protective equipment.

Upholds the safety and quality standard of the Company.

Other duties assigned by management.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail: A critical skill for identifying deviations from quality standards.

Analytical and problem-solving skills: Essential for analyzing data, identifying root causes of issues, and

developing solutions.

Communication and interpersonal skills: Needed for effective collaboration, training, and reporting.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting: Essential for tracking performance and identifying areas for

improvement.

Organizational and time management skills: Important for managing multiple tasks and priorities.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs. frequently

Must be able to stand for long periods of time (>3 hrs continuously.)

Must be able to walk frequently.

Must be able to bend, reach, squat, stoop, and kneel to floor level frequently.

Education and Experience

Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent of 4+ years work experience in a Quality

Control/Quality Assurance Role.

Previous Lab experience preferred.
