We are hiring an Assistant Facilities Manager to support the operations and management of hospitality and hotel facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Facilities Head in daily operations and maintenance activities.

  • Monitor equipment performance and supervise repair schedules.

  • Coordinate with contractors and service providers.

  • Prepare reports on facility operations and compliance.

  • Ensure safety standards and best practices are followed.

  • Support team management and staff training initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).

  • 4-5 years of facilities management experience, preferably in hotels or hospitality.

  • Knowledge of facility systems, maintenance, and compliance.

  • Advantage: experience in VVIP or royal household projects across the GCC.

  • Open to candidates abroad willing to relocate to the UAE.

Compensation: AED 15,000 25,000 per month + benefits (negotiable).
