Waitress

We are currently seeking a dedicated and personable Waitress to be a part of our client's 5* hotel in Doha, Qatar.

As a Waitress at you will be an integral part of our dining service team, responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional culinary experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Service: Welcome and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing menus and explaining daily specials.
2. Order Taking: Accurately record guest orders, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
3. Service Excellence: Deliver food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring high-quality presentation and service standards.
4. Attention to Detail: Set and maintain restaurant tables, ensuring they are clean, properly arranged, and stocked with necessary items.
5. Up-selling: Promote additional items such as desserts, beverages, or specials to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
6. Guest Feedback: Listen to guest feedback, address any concerns professionally, and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
7. Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and synchronized service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Waitress in a fine dining or upscale restaurant is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A pleasant and professional appearance with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques.
• Must be eligible to work in Qatar.
