Location: UAE
Salary: AED 3,800 – 4,500 + attractive performance-based incentives
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Credit & Collection Officer (RNPL) to oversee credit monitoring, tenant lease coordination, and collections management. This role sits at the intersection of credit control, customer engagement, and risk management — ensuring timely repayments, minimizing delinquencies, and maintaining a stable cash flow while preserving positive tenant relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Credit Assessment & Monitoring
- Review credit profiles and assess customer applications in line with internal credit policies
- Monitor active accounts for early signs of delinquency or repayment risk
Tenant Lease & RNPL Management
- Manage RNPL monthly payment schedules for all active tenants
- Ensure all RNPL applications are properly uploaded and documented in the system
- Handle lease-related communication with tenants, including disputes and clarifications
- Support tenant onboarding and offboarding processes based on verified documentation
EJARI & Compliance
- Register leasing agreements through DLD (EJARI system) and manage related charges
- Ensure compliance with UAE tenancy laws, DLD and RERA regulations, and internal policies
Collections & Recoveries
- Manage overdue accounts through calls, emails, SMS, and other channels
- Proactively follow up on missed payments
- Negotiate structured repayment plans where required
- Coordinate with Finance and Customer Success teams on escalations or disputes
Reporting & Portfolio Management
- Maintain accurate records of RNPL accounts and tenant interactions
- Prepare regular reports on arrears, recoveries, portfolio performance, RNPL enrollments, and admin KPIs
- Identify delinquency trends and recommend improvements to credit and collection strategies
- Support process enhancements and system automation initiatives
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in Banking, Credit Control, Collections, Receivables Management, Credit Underwriting, or Consumer Lending (preferably fintech or real estate)
- Strong understanding of consumer credit risk and repayment behavior
- Solid knowledge of UAE tenancy laws, DLD & RERA regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail and strong analytical capability
