Responsible for driving franchise sales growth by managing the entire franchise development process, from lead generation and qualification through franchise agreement execution. The role serves as the primary point of contact for prospective franchise investors, providing business consultation, evaluating investment readiness, presenting franchise opportunities, and guiding prospects throughout the decision-making journey.This position plays a critical role in supporting the company's franchise expansion strategy by ensuring a high-quality investor experience, maintaining an effective sales pipeline, and identifying franchise partners who align with the company's brand values, operational standards, and long-term growth objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Franchise Sales & Business Development
- Manage and nurture franchise sales opportunities from initial inquiry to franchise agreement signing.
- Conduct qualification calls and assess prospective franchisees based on financial capability, business experience, operational involvement, and strategic fit.
- Present franchise investment opportunities, business models, support systems, financial requirements, and growth potential to prospective investors.
- Identify investor needs and provide tailored recommendations regarding franchise ownership opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified franchise prospects.
- Achieve franchise sales targets and expansion goals established by the company.
- Develop and maintain relationships with investors, entrepreneurs, and business partners.
Lead Management & CRM Administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospects within the CRM system.
- Track and manage leads throughout each stage of the franchise sales funnel.
- Monitor conversion rates and identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness.
- Generate weekly and monthly pipeline reports, sales forecasts, and lead status updates.
- Ensure timely follow-up and communication with all prospective franchisees.
Franchise Qualification & Evaluation
- Conduct preliminary assessments of potential franchisees, including financial readiness, business mindset, management capability, and operational commitment.
- Evaluate proposed franchise locations and coordinate with internal teams for site assessment when required.
- Support the franchise selection process and provide recommendations regarding candidate suitability.
- Ensure prospective franchisees understand the company's operational standards, expectations, and investment requirements.
Franchise Events & Investor Engagement
- Support franchise seminars, roadshows, exhibitions, Discovery Days, and franchise recruitment activities.
- Coordinate event registrations and manage attendee follow-up activities.
- Represent the company professionally during investor meetings, presentations, and franchise-related events.
- Develop relationships with prospective investors and strategic business communities.
Internal Coordination & Project Support
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Training, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Construction, and other relevant departments throughout the franchise development process.
- Coordinate documentation, application processing, and approval procedures.
- Support franchise onboarding and store opening preparation activities.
- Ensure a smooth transition from sales conversion to franchise operations and training teams.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with prospective franchisees and investors.
- Respond to inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally and effectively.
- Act as a brand ambassador and communicate the company's vision, values, and business opportunities.
- Deliver a positive and professional investor experience throughout the franchise acquisition journey.
