Planning Executive

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลัก (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)

• Responsible for forecasting, monitoring inventory and sales that are needed. This includes tracking inventory delivery performance and response time, as well as handling capacity planning.

• Monitoring Inbound & Outbound, FIFO, Shelf life in all now & Ontime (Warehouse)

• Coordinate and work with external team (Factory) to plan and prepare stock from production to transportation to DC with conditions in production that are MOQ, Lead time, and Shelf life of the product by allowing the product to arrive on timelines in longest product shelf life.

• Coordinate and work with external team (Factory) to plan and prepare stock from production to transportation to DC with conditions in production that are MOQ, Lead time, and Shelf life of the product by allowing the product to arrive on timelines in longest product shelf life.

• Coordinate and work with Internal team (Sales, Trade Campaign) to forecast and prepare stock together in order to have enough stock to meet normal sales and special promotions.

• Focus & monitor stock by daily and need to update the stock situation and suggestion for solving the problems with the team in weekly meeting.

• Logical thinking and accuracy in stock planning, including the ability to negotiate with the factory

• Coordinate with all related persons to achieve shipment loading plan (warehouse, freight forwarder, shipping broker, transportation).

• Coordinate with warehouse team to support product loading for customers.
