• Document how processes, tools, roles, and outcomes connect within the organisation

Business Systems & Workflow Data

• Contribute appropriate CRM and workflow metadata where relevant
• Provide task-execution histories or related operational records suitable for the programme
• Share templates, operational frameworks, and business-process artefacts
• Support representation of realistic enterprise activity across internal systems
• Help identify datasets with strong operational value and contextual depth

Data Security & Confidentiality

• All contributed data is handled under strict contractual protections
• Original datasets are retained only for necessary processing purposes
• Sensitive and confidential information is removed before eligible downstream use
