We are sharing a specialised consulting opportunity for experienced Autodesk Fusion CAM Experts with strong expertise in Fusion 360, CAM, CNC machining, computer-aided manufacturing, and digital fabrication to contribute to an advanced AI training and manufacturing-evaluation project.

Selected professionals will evaluate manufacturing workflows, review AI-generated technical content, and develop evaluation rubrics focused on CAM, CNC, and Fusion 360 environments. No prior experience in AI is required.

Key Responsibilities

Fusion 360, CAM & CNC Evaluation

• Evaluate manufacturing processes, CAM setups, toolpaths, and CNC machining workflows
• Apply advanced Autodesk Fusion 360 expertise to realistic manufacturing scenarios
• Assess tooling, setup strategy, process planning, and manufacturing constraints
• Identify technical inaccuracies, weak assumptions, or inefficient workflow decisions
• Recommend improvements grounded in professional manufacturing practice

AI Output & Manufacturing Review

• Review AI-generated manufacturing recommendations for accuracy, practicality, and completeness
• Evaluate whether proposed processes reflect professional CAM and CNC best practices
• Identify flawed or incomplete technical reasoning
• Apply expert judgement to complex or ambiguous manufacturing scenarios
• Provide structured feedback supporting model improvement

Rubric Development & Technical Quality

• Develop evaluation rubrics covering technical accuracy, process efficiency, and workflow quality
• Translate manufacturing expertise into repeatable assessment criteria
• Validate evaluation standards against realistic Fusion 360, CAM, and CNC practices
• Document technical reasoning clearly and precisely
• Collaborate remotely with project stakeholders and refine evaluation frameworks as needed

Ideal Profile

• Proven expertise in CAM and CNC machining
• Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Fusion 360
• Strong understanding of digital and computer-aided manufacturing workflows
• Practical experience with CNC setup, machining strategy, tooling, and process planning
• Ability to evaluate manufacturing processes for technical accuracy and efficiency
• Strong written and verbal technical communication skills
• Experience developing or applying process-evaluation rubrics is highly valuable
• Teaching or instructional experience is highly preferred
• Comfortable working independently in a remote project environment
• No prior AI-training or model-evaluation experience is required

Engagement Details
