- Establish validation procedures to maintain data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify processing bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve pipeline performance.
- Develop or coordinate automation for data validation, quality assurance, and operational reporting.
- Support reliable data storage, processing, and delivery across high-throughput workflows.
Operational Scaling & Performance Optimisation
- Design operational processes capable of supporting increasing data volumes and project complexity.
- Balance cost, quality, processing speed, and throughput when evaluating operational decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve resource allocation and reduce workflow inefficiencies.
- Establish measurable operational standards and performance reporting practices.
- Drive continuous improvements that support the transition from initial projects to scalable production operations.
Strategic Project Delivery & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Translate client requirements into executable technical workflows, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate engineering, operations, and finance stakeholders to support effective project execution.
- Manage delivery priorities, technical dependencies, and operational timelines.
- Communicate project performance, requirements, and implementation decisions clearly to stakeholders.
- Take ownership of complex technical initiatives and drive projects toward successful delivery.
